  • Now that you have the width

    Width of your window or door, it’s time to measure the height. Follow these steps for accurate measurements:

    • Measure from the top of the window or door frame to the bottom.
    • Take note of the smallest measurement to ensure that your curtains or drapes will fit properly.
    • If you’re planning to hang your curtains or drapes above the window or door frame, be sure to measure to the desired height.

  • Once you have your measurements

    It’s time to choose the fabric and any additional options for your project. Here are a few things to consider:

    • Look for fabrics that match your style and color preferences.
    • Consider the amount of light and privacy you want in the room when selecting the fabric.
    • Add any additional options, such as lining or hooks, to enhance the functionality and style of your curtains or drapes.

1. Do you offer international shipping?

Yes, we ship worldwide for our clients to make it possible to enjoy our high-quality curtains no matter where you are located. Whether you are located, we can deliver our curtains to your desired destination using DHL Express and domestically within the US using USPS.

Please note that shipping fees and delivery times may vary depending on location. We are not held liable for any customs fees in your country, holding times, or delays and fees due to incorrect shipping information provided.

2. How long will my order take to arrive?

The lead time for custom curtains is approximately 10 days or less from the date of order placement. The exact delivery time will depend on your location and selected shipping method.
If you are ordering pre-made textile, these ready-to-ship products are already in stock and can be dispatched within 1-3 business days after the order is processed.

3. How can I track my order?

During the design and production phase of your custom curtains, we will stay in touch with you to provide updates and any relevant information. Additionally, if you have any questions or need assistance, you can always reach out to us by email: zcurtainsseattle@gmail.com

To track your order, once it has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. The tracking number will be provided by the shipping company associated with your selected shipping method. Simply visit the company’s website and navigate to the “Track Order” section, where you can enter your tracking number and receive the latest information on your package.

4. What if I receive a damaged product?

We strive to ensure that all our products are delivered in excellent condition. However, if you receive a damaged product, please contact us by zcurtainsseattle@gmail.com within 48 hours of receiving the item and provide details and photos of the damage.

We will work with you to arrange a replacement or offer a suitable solution.
